Task: Transfer Outstanding Information Security And Compliance Activities To Run Team

In this task, the Information Security And Compliance Lead must ensure that all agreed activities are complete and outstanding activity, if any, must be transferred to the Run team in agreement with all relevant stakeholders. The Run team should resolve/ clarify all the issues/problems that will help them to take complete ownership of the services.

Once Early Life Support (ELS) is executed as per the agreement, Information Security And Compliance Lead must verify that all the activities are completed as planned and the Run team is well equipped to handle the services. Any outstanding transition activities must be transferred to the Run team.

The Information Security And Compliance Lead must take all the required sign-offs from the relevant stakeholders as per the agreement and transfer the outstanding transition activities to the Run team.

This task marks the end of the transition phase. The Engagement Manager (Transition) will make sure that all controls are transferred to the Delivery Manager who would be responsible for delivering the project in the Run phase. Typically, the Information Security And Compliance Lead must share any key pointers to be kept in mind for the critical services to the Run team.

The Run team should resolve and clarify all the issues orproblems that will help them to stabilize the services. All the relevant stakeholders should be informed on the progress and it is highly recommended to update the lessons learnt database.
